Mostly I act as a buyers’ advocate, guiding people and educating them regarding their brief, including what they need to pay to get what they want, plus how to temper their impulses. Doing all this groundwork makes it so much easier for a real estate agent to focus on the nuts and bolts of the deal without having to do buyer education along the journey.
